Get Started
Our retreats include: empowering exercises and workshops, yoga/stretching, visualization exercises, meditation, sisterhood support, working through blockages, spiritual cleansing flower baths, and herbal remedies.
Each Recharge Retreat is limited to 4-8 women, creating a small and comfortable group size.

Retreats are all inclusive: workshops, coaching, accommodations, and food are all a part of your retreat. Accommodations are an inside guest room or outdoor "glamping" tent.
Delicious meals and snacks provided are gluten free, non GMO, and dairy free. Please let us know if you have any additional dietary needs.
Retreats are $500 but early bird discounts or discounts for sharing your queen bed with a friend are available. We also have a few scholarships available if you know of someone struggling financially.
